1. Fees for blocks of 5-6 and 10 sessions (when applicable) are payable in advance and are non-refundable. 2. Blocks of 5-6 and 10 sessions have fixed dates and continuous, they cannot be changed. 3. In the event of a session being cancelled (such as for teacher's illness) another session will be offered in future date. 4. All club members are insured by Public Liability insurance and DBS check. 5. A minimum class size of 5 children will be required. 6. Children need to have eaten something and used toilet before every lesson.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We have a no refund policy! Once you have payed your child's 6 week block or 10 week block, we are not able to refund any money. When a fee is payed this is ensuring that your child/ren are attending the full 6 week or 10 week block. There are not exceptions for illness or other circumstances. Please check previously how to get to the location and traveling times so your child/ren is on time for the sessions. If you are running 10-15 minutes late your child/ren won't be able to join the session. Please always be on time so we can start the sessions promptly. Changes by Bilingüitos Spanish Club - We reserve the right to cancel lessons due to circumstances beyond our control such as illness or personal calamity. In this case an alternative session/s will be offer to future date. Changes by the GOVERNMENT (national lock down due to pandemics or other extreme circunstances) - We might need to stop our sessions requested by the Government at any time. If you have classes remained on your child's block of sessions, you will be able to use it up once the Government allows children's activities to resume again. We do not offer refund in these circumstances. Payment can only be made by BACS. We do not accept cash payments at this time.
